Hi, I’m Natalie Thomas — founder of Answering the Call, based in Galion, Ohio.
What started as a side gig turned into a passion. I saw families and busy professionals overwhelmed by the mess, the stress, and the never-ending to-do lists — and I knew I could help.
So I did.
Answering the Call is more than a name. It’s a promise. A promise to show up, to care, and to clean every space like it matters — because it does.

In May of 2020 owner, Natalie Thomas, felt compelled to walk away from her teaching career of 14 years and pick up a passion she fostered during middle school through college. Within the first 3 months of business, our client base grew quickly which led to hiring employees. Each member of our crew is hand-selected for their work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Answering The Call has since grown into a trusted local business built on hard work, heart, and calling to serve.
